These Terms of Use govern your use of https://spectrumkillian.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Spectrum Killian ("Spectrum Killian", "we", "us", "our").
By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. What this Site is
The Site is an informational website. It describes who we are, what we make, and how to reach us.
The Site is not an offer to sell, a quotation, a price list, a commitment to any turnaround time, or a contract for laboratory services. Nothing on the Site creates a customer relationship. Laboratory services are supplied only under our Terms and Conditions of Sale and any separate written agreement, and where those terms and these disagree, those terms govern. The product warranty is set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3. No professional advice
Content on the Site is general information for dental and business professionals. It is not clinical, dental, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a practitioner's own professional judgment about a patient or a case. Do not rely on anything on the Site to make a clinical decision.
4. Do not send patient information through this Site
The Site is for professional and business enquiries. Do not submit patient names, patient records, images, case files, prescriptions, or any other information about an identifiable patient through the contact form or by email to the address published on the Site.
Case information goes through the Doctor Portal or the channel your account team gives you, never through this Site.
5. Trademarks and content
The Site and its content, including text, images, graphics, layout, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the Site and print or download single copies of pages for your own internal, non commercial reference. You may not otherwise copy, republish, distribute, modify, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission.
Spectrum Killian and the Spectrum Killian logo, da Vinci Dental Studios, Spectrum Signature, and Essentials are trademarks or trade names of Spectrum Killian. Implant systems, scanner brands, and all other names, logos, and marks on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
6. Using the Site
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these terms
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by scraping, crawling at a rate that degrades it, or introducing malicious code
- use the Site's contact form to send spam, marketing, or bulk messages
- collect personal information from the Site, or use any content from it to train a model or build a dataset, without our written permission
- misrepresent who you are or who you act for
7. What you send us
If you submit a message, a question, or any other material through the Site, you keep whatever rights you already have in it, and you give us permission to read it, store it, and use it to respond to you and to run our business.
Do not send us anything confidential through the Site. A message sent through the contact form is not confidential, is not privileged, and does not create any duty of confidence, an obligation of secrecy, or any professional relationship. If you have something confidential to send, ask us for the right channel first.

The Site links to third party sites and services, including our Doctor Portal, our job listings on LinkedIn, and our social media profiles. We do not control them, we do not endorse them by linking to them, and we are not responsible for their content, their products, or how they handle your information.

Press releases, announcements, and news items on the Site speak as of the date they are published. We are not obliged to update them. Statements about future plans, expectations, or intentions are not guarantees, and actual outcomes may differ.

15. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term, that is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Site. Orders for laboratory products are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
