1. Who we are
This website, https://spectrumkillian.com (the "Site"), is operated by Spectrum Killian ("Spectrum Killian", "we", "us", "our"), a dental contract manufacturer with operations in California.

2. What this Site is, and what it is not
The Site is an informational website for dental professionals, dental groups, laboratory partners, and business contacts. It describes who we are and what we make.
The Site is not a place to send patient information. Do not submit patient names, patient records, images, case files, prescriptions, or any other information about an identifiable patient through any form on this Site or by email to the address above. If you need to send case information, use the Doctor Portal or the channel your account team gives you, not this Site.
If you send us patient information anyway, we will delete it from the Site's records once we identify it, and we will not use it for any purpose other than that deletion.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us
When you complete the contact form on the Site, we collect:
- your name
- your practice or organization, if you enter one
- your email address
- your phone number, if you enter one
- the message you write in the message field
Fields marked as required on the form must be completed to submit it. The other fields are optional.
If you email us at sales@skdla.com, we receive your email address, your name if your mail program sends it, and whatever you choose to write.
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our providers collect technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, screen size, the pages you view, the links you click, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies described in section 4.
3.3 What we do not collect
We do not ask for, and the Site is not built to collect, Social Security numbers, government identifiers, financial account numbers, payment card numbers, precise geolocation, biometric information, or health information. We do not knowingly collect the categories that California law calls sensitive personal information.
4. Cookies, analytics, and third party tracking
A cookie is a small file a site stores on your device. Some are needed for the Site to work. Others help us understand how the Site is used, or let advertising platforms recognize a visit.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including refusing them or deleting ones already stored. Turning off strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Site working. 5. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- answer your enquiry and route it to the right person
- set up and service partner and customer accounts
- send you communications about our services, where you have asked for them or where the law otherwise allows it, with a way to opt out in every message
- run, secure, and improve the Site
- understand which pages and campaigns are useful
- meet our legal, tax, and record keeping obligations
6. How we share information
We do not sell personal information for money.
We share personal information with:
- Service providers who process it for us, including our website host, our analytics provider, our form and CRM provider, and our email provider. They may use it only to perform services for us.
- Advertising platforms, through the advertising cookies and pixels described in section 4, which may transmit information about your visit to those platforms. California law may treat this as "sharing" for cross context behavioral advertising, and section 9 describes your right to opt out.
- Professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants, where they need it to advise us.
- Authorities, where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our people, or the safety of others.
- A future owner, if all or part of the business is transferred, financed, or reorganized. Your information would move with the business and remain subject to a policy no less protective than this one.
7. How long we keep information
We keep contact form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to answer you, to service the relationship that follows, and to meet our legal and record keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our analytics account, currently two months.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including transport encryption on the Site. No method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act gives you rights over your personal information. These rights apply to business contact information as well as to information about you as an individual consumer.
You have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients
- access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- correct inaccurate personal information
- delete personal information we hold about you, subject to exceptions in the law
- opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for cross context behavioral advertising
- limit the use of sensitive personal information, though we do not knowingly collect any
- not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
To make a request, including a request to opt out of sharing for cross context behavioral advertising, email sales@skdla.com. You can also opt out by using a browser or extension that sends the Global Privacy Control signal, described in section 11. We will verify your identity before we act, which usually means matching the information in your request to what we already hold. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask the agent for proof that you gave them permission. We respond within the timeframe the law requires, generally 45 days, and we will tell you if we need the permitted extension.
We collect the categories of personal information described in section 3, for the purposes described in section 5, from the sources described in section 3, and disclose them to the categories of recipients described in section 6.
10. Children
The Site is intended for dental and business professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to those signals, and the Site does not change its behavior when it receives one.
The Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a different signal that some browsers and extensions can send to tell a site you want to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Where California law requires it, we treat a GPC signal from your browser as a request to opt out of sharing for cross context behavioral advertising for that browser. 12. Third party links
The Site links to third party services, including our Doctor Portal, our job listings on LinkedIn, and our social media profiles. We do not control those services and this policy does not cover them. Read their privacy policies before you give them information.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the page.
